I had an amazing experience during my consultation. The providers are willing to listen to all concerns and take you through all of your options. I felt my concerns were heard and met with an open mind. Scheduled my first OBGYN appointment here for my pregnancy, didn’t see a the doctor I picked out because he was “too busy” and they ended up having some inexperienced technician stick a wand inside me, didn’t tell me what they were even doing and just said “no heartbeat” did not do an exam or checkup or give me any additional information and told me they wouldn’t help me get a DnC when I was devastated so I left. Women's Health Domain is a safe place! Dr Handcock is amazing! My husband and I are in our 40s having our first child and not once have we felt judged by our age for starting a family later in life. Dr.Chapman has been very awesome and supportive as well as the few nurses I got to interact with. Sadly the last few interactions did not go well in other aspects. My urine sample was not set off for testing/ tested; I waited for 15+ minutes to check out and wasn’t acknowledged by other staff members in the absence of the receptionists - I left to return to work; last straw was calling at 4:13p on a Wednesday to book a prenatal appointment (what I was trying to do at check out previously mentioned) The call was picked up after being on hold a few minutes & immediately disconnected. I call back only to find their phone was placed on their away/ call forwarding setting before 4:30p. I had been warned by other women about the poor operations of the clinic but I wanted to give the facility a chance.

I was in search of a gynecologist for some time... Today was my first visit with this office.The atmosphere of the office was quite pleasant. Dr. Boswell listened to my concerns and addressed each one of them. She has patience and genuinely cares about your health! I did not feel rushed or that I was just another "chart". The whole team was such a pleasure to experience! God bless you all . I'm glad I chose this office as my provider!

I had an appointment for my mom who is elderly and took her there on time. The receptionist took all the necessary paperwork but didn’t check her in for the appointment. We waited there for almost an hour and when I asked about the delay, the front desk lady (Tammy) was oblivious about her mistake and acted as if the Dr. went for an emergency, which was a complete lie. We had to come home without seeing the Doctor. I have never experienced such negligence of responsibility anywhere in the doctor’s office like this. Please make sure you are checked in properly once you arrive.

So happy with Dr Boswell - she explained everything so clearly, drew pictures and was very kind and personable. The person answering phones may not be warm, but the front desk is welcoming and kind.

Do not go here for care! I have been waiting to receive the form of birth control I selected for 4 months, when I was originally told it would be ready in 6 weeks. I have never heard from my PA since my original appointment, and honestly she was not that friendly or informative when I originally went for my consultation visit. I have tried to contact both her and the office numerous times and I have yet to receive an answer. Taking a hit on my insurance from this place was a huge mistake.
