One of the best stays ever! It’s easily walkable to the airport, a great continental breakfast, free parking, super friendly and lovely staff and a nice pool. The bed was one of the most comfortable ones I’ve been in.

Flight got delayed 4hrs and we landed at 1am. The hotel was able to quickly send a shuttle just for us 3min after my call.

We even got an upgrade to a spacious 2 bedroom suite. Very friendly front desk person and everyone from the hotel that we interacted with.

The room is clean and quiet despite being close to the airport.

The breakfast is decent.

Wonderful stay! Just want mention Domenick by name. He was very kind and accommodating. My mom and I made sure to stop by and see him everyday just to greet him with our NC hey how ya doing! We enjoyed our time in Buffalo visiting friends, family, eating amazing food and going to a Bills game! Coming back to this TownePlace Suites was a great end to each of our days. Thanks for the wonderful hospitality!!!

On July 16,2024 our flight out of Rochester, NY got cancelled and they couldn’t get us out for a few days. We were able to get a flight out of Buffalo the next day. Hotel rooms were very scarce. We finally secured one at Towneplace Suites. We got there at 10pm and were met by Dominic. What a really great ending to a bad day. He was so pleasant and courteous. He went above and beyond. Big shout out to him!!! Great stay. Hotel was real nice. Five stars!!!

We had an incredible stay. Amazing staff who went out of their way to make our overnight spectacular. The service was first class. The room accommodation was fantastic. The breakfast was delicious. We love this location, as it’s close to many shopping destinations. A shoutout to the management for a very well run hotel. We will definitely be back.

We stayed for 2 days in this hotel, we noticed small bugs (cockroaches?) running around the table. I informed the front desk, I emailed to inform them but I didn’t receive any means of communication at all.

Stayed here for one night as I passed by on the way to Niagara Falls/Toronto. We got into Buffalo quite late (past 1 am) and called in to have a shuttle pick us up from the airport as we were picking up our bags. There was a short, but very reasonable wait for the shuttle. The door for the shuttle van was locked and the driver was not very helpful in getting it opened (She made some gestures, which either could have meant "try 1 more time" or "wait 1 second," but it was not very clear. She could have easily just rolled down the window to explain in words, so this was slightly annoying. All that to say, the driver was a little curt/unhelpful, but it was late, so I'm not going to mark this completely against them (our driver the next morning was much more friendly and helpful).

So, we checked in very late, but the front desk staff were very friendly and welcoming. They explained everything thoroughly and provided us with our welcome amenities/snacks. Excellent experience with the check in.

The room was also quite decent and the bed was very comfortable. We also had breakfast the next morning, and it was a fairly standard, but very decent continental breakfast (we arrived a bit late, so a lot of the items were out, but the omelets were delicious).

Overall, had a great, albeit short stay here. If I'm ever passing by the Buffalo airport area, I will definitely consider booking here again.

slightly mixed review, especially as Marriott is our “go to” brand.

rooms are big and well appointed (we still prefer dressers in the room). had a problem w/ the toilet but maintenance was there within two minutes and fixed the problem, and housekeeping was right behind him with fresh towels.

some constant juggling with our reservations as our schedules changed but the front desk kept everything straight without any problems.

the only odd thing was the breakfast; started the days off without some of the staples. no bowls one day, no milk or cream another day. definitely not a big deal in the scheme of things but still a surprise for something so simple.
