The internet went completely out for multiple days on the very first week of the lease and we received no compensation. (Then continued to be spotty the entire lease) The maintenance people came in to replace a slightly broken shelf from the previous tenants and then just took the shelf away and didn’t come back for months until I called and then they replaced it with scrap plywood that gives me splinters. There is so many stray cats that get into the trash for food and the staff just leaves all the trash and trash liquid in the hallway right in front of my door. The overall room is a shoebox with no lighting and horrible Air Con. THE DOMAIN IS A SCAM

They sell the apartment as a great place to be especially as a MIZZOU student but this place is disgusting. Since moving there in August, the office has had a minimum of six new managers and no one will ever give you a clear answer. They allow their tenants to terrorize and abuse roommates pets while doing nothing about it. There is a feral cat problem, and they refuse to address the issues concerning them. The stairs are falling apart and are unsafe for anyone to use them- they will put up 'caution' tape to alert tenants not to use them but they don't ever fix them. There is a pigeon problem that causes tenants to not be able to use their balconies because of the bird feces everywhere, the main stairs, the hallways, and walls. There was even a dead bird that sat in a pile of blood on the stairs for days until it was picked up, but the blood and feathers remained. The units have rotting floors in the main areas, they claim to have trash pickup but the garbage stays for days and when it is picked up the people break the bags and leave food on the stairs. Our unit had someone throw their garbage outside of it and it was left for days after speaking to the office and being told someone would come immediately and clean it up. We've had someone try to break into our unit thinking it was their own and nothing was ever done about this issue- it was just shrugged off. They charge you a different fee each month over electricity when you provide them numerous times with proof you have it in your name. The manager likes to speak down to women and treat them like they're less than because they're not male. This place is a cesspool and should be avoided at all costs.

The people who work here are truly wonderful. The maintenance staff are attentive to detail, work in a timely manner, polite, and willing to answer questions. The front desk are truly wonderful as well being polite, friendly, and willing to answer questions. The bus drivers are the same. When the shuttle breaks down the back up shuttle is normally brought promptly. The main issue I have here is the lack of security, people’s packages have been disappearing but there are no cameras or witnesses, I have yet to see a guard patrol, to see what happened, and I’ve heard about car break ins which is problematic. The internet was also switched over recently so I’m hoping there are fewer internet outages in the future.

The apartment itself is fine and I would probably rate it 4 /5, however, my experience with their staff has been horrible.

Last month I was charged $100 more for the electric bill than I was supposed to be. I went to their office three different Saturdays to ask about the charge. The guy at the desk told me it was a mistake and he made a note on my account to speak to his manager about it. I asked if there was anything I needed to do to help move the process along and get refunded and he told me no. He was very nice, however nothing ever happened.

I had to take some time off work to go during the weekday and there was a different guy at the desk. I told him about the charge and how it still hadn’t been removed. He seemed very disinterested in my situation and told me I had to send an email with proof of the charge and proof that we were set up to have our electric charge through the City of Columbia. I have since emailed twice and have got no response.

This wasn’t my first bad experience with them. When I was trying to get moved in, my guarantor's information took a while to process but I got confirmation from a staff member that it had been processed and I was all good to move in on Move In Day. I stood in line for an hour to get my key only to be told that my guarantor’s information actually hadn’t been processed and I couldn’t move in yet. When I finally got my key it didn’t even work and I had to go back to the office.

My experience overall has been extremely frustrating and so much of my time has been wasted. The office seems seriously understaffed and undertrained.

I lived here my junior year and liked it a lot. The pool was very nice and large. The gym was also significantly better than any other apartment gym i've seen. I would recommend it here

I’ve lived here for three years and my experience has been fairly decent. It is college housing after all so expectations shouldn’t be too high. Maintenance answers request fast and the shuttle is nice to take to campus but has been extremely full in the mornings. I wish there was better lighting at night and more security such as cameras. Additionally the wifi is not very reliable which hopefully will change with the new provider. At times communication with management is lacking. Lastly, the hallways are usually very dirty and don’t have the best smell.

It’s great here!! The amenities are so nice and the pool feels like a resort. Maintenance has been very responsive and my only issue was the internet which is now fixed so it’s reliable and faster!!

This place would be nice if I were paying $300/month. The management and staff are awful communicators and don’t know what going on half of the time. Hallways are dirty, trash person does their job half of the time, and WiFi only works half of the time as well. Overall, not worth the money
