As an example of their outstanding service, I recently submitted a support ticket at 10 o'clock at night for a problem of my own making . We have been customers of StormWeb "forever"! Stormweb hosts two websites for us and whenever there has been an issue (no one is perfect - especially technology) the Support Crew have been awesome! Stormweb has been my provider/host for... 20 years....? (I feel old!) The service has always been great and they have always gone out of their way to handle a few "special" requests that I've had. I highly recommend them and will continue to stay with them moving forward. You won't be sorry with them!

I have been usinig Stormweb for a number years now and I am quite happy with the service. My website has been stable with no server issues. Whenever I have had something happen with the site (my fault), they have been able to help me out even it was something on my side. I would get a quick response to my inquiry and the person responding easy to understand. I have had accounts with some many service providers and Stormweb has been better for site stability and customer service then the big guys (hostgator and bluhost). If you are looking for a webhosting company that has approachable customer service and answers that do help (instead of a line at the bottom of a FAQ asking "Was this answer helpful?") I would recommend Stormweb.
