Maybe they are good for people who fit their platform and offer high quality service. But my initial inquiry on possibly migrating several sites, was met with rudeness and a dismissive response.

I think its perfectly reasonable to ask to speak to a technical or sales team regarding platform requirements when you have several sites to move. But not in this case. The less than polite chat agent, decided in less than 2 minutes, that we are not a fit and that was that. Really rude. I will NEVER look at Skystra for hosting solutions, nor ever recommend them.

As an experienced website hosting customer, I’ve had my fair share of disappointments. Over the years, I’ve jumped from one hosting company to another, each one promising the world but only delivering mediocrity. Slow loading times, constant downtime, and subpar customer service seemed to be the norm, and I was almost ready to give up hope of ever finding a reliable hosting provider. That is, until I discovered Skystra.

From the get-go, Skystra has been nothing short of a breath of fresh air. The migration process was seamless, and the support team went above and beyond to ensure a smooth transition. I was particularly impressed by their prompt and efficient customer service, always ready to help and address any issues that arose. My website now loads lightning-fast, and the uptime has been nothing short of stellar. While no hosting company can be perfect, Skystra comes incredibly close!

Skystra asked me to leave an honest review, so here it is. Been with them for about a year. No real issues, haven't needed to use their support much. My sites do load a lot quicker, so there's that. The person I dealt with on the phone was cool too. Nothing to complain about, my stuff works.

Switching over to Skystra has been unbelievable easy and painless. They did all the work for me, Marc answered all of my questions (which there were a lot of) and they kept me updated as the migration was happening,

I like them for web hosting and domains, I had a problem once with adding a new domain to my account because of some layout and button changes but it was my fault (sorry Mike!!) for not realizing the button was right in front of me :/

Been a customer at Skystra for a good while now and they reached out about a review and I'm more than happy to do it because they really deserve it. My site has been hosted with them for 5 years and in that time I've spoken to them three times, once when I signed up, once when I had a question about WordPress and then once just to say hi and talk shop with them on how my business was doing. These guys just have everything working and know what they're doing, some of the friendliest people and I talk to a lot of people in my business, these guys stand out for their proactiveness on everything. If this review helps them and shows people how good they are, I'm happy I could help them out, I guess that's it for my review.
