Best hosting experience.
They have been so helpful and easy to work with.

Their customer service and support is 5 star. They quickly migrated my 2 websites from my previous host, and charged me a LOT less for their plan.

When I've had an issue, they take care of it very quickly. So impressed with this company. I can't recommend then highly enough.

I had to find a new host after BlueHost, which I used for a very long time, violated my pre-paid contract and upped the pricing and downgraded the service. I did some research, and SetraHost's offering included moving all my WordPress websites over seamlessly. I was a bit skeptical and expected issues when moving, but iwas indeed seamless. And since I moved (that was a couple years ago now or so) the uptime, hosting, etc., including and especially the stellar customer service has been terrific. 5 Stars, I highly recommend.

I do not use Trust Pilot anymore as I have found them to be
untrustworthy. Their algorithm randomly bans genuine reviews which I spent some time drafting. In one case, a review I had written about a firm I have been dealing with for more than 20 years was rejected. They then stubbornly refused to revise their rejection.

I cancelled my account with Trust Pilot.

Having said that, I am absolutely delighted with the patience and help provided by Setra. As I come to terms with a new Hosting service and the amazing power of CPanel, I have received nothing but patient, courteous and helpful support. I am delighted I made the move from Network Solutions. I only wish I had done it sooner.

Just switched here from Bluehost—whom I'd been with for nearly 2 decades—and the migration experience was a breeze. Really pleasant customer support, fast, and I wasn't treated like hot garbage. Imagine that. Anyway, I look forward to not being abused and gaslit as a customer, provided the rest of my experience mirrors this Day 1 treatment.

BEST SUPPORT EVER!!! No idea why people use Godaddy or someone like BlueHost (my previous hosting company). I like actually speaking to a real person and not pawned off to india for help. If you're looking for a new host i would recommended!
