Rothy’s are so cute and I had been wanting the weekend slides for awhile now. I ignored all the reviews that they make your feet stink because my feet never ever stink… until after I bought my first pair. I can only wear them once a week because they make my feet smell soooo bad and only after two hours! No matter how properly you wash them after every wear. no other shoe does this, it’s crazy.
I only plan to wear them if I know I won’t be hanging out with anyone that day or evening.

They had a good selection but still limited. The associate was not able to assist too much because the store did not have the color. Sizing was an issue as Rothys run small, but the associate could only suggest a size. This is the first time I ordered shoes without trying the color and style I wanted. Shipping was quick, and shoes turned out to be what I wanted, though.

Came near closing time which is 7 PM, and both employees were friendly and helpful. They had all the same styles I had seen online, but I was able to try them on in real life. Very positive experience, and I got what I came for. Wish they had this store in Houston!

My wife has been a fan of these shoes for a long time—she wore them so much that she wore holes in the soles! So, on a recent trip to Austin to visit our daughter, we stopped by this store to pick up a new pair for her. The experience was fantastic. All three of us were there, and the staff went above and beyond, assisting us patiently for a good 20-45 minutes. They were incredibly polite, professional, and knowledgeable, helping my wife find just the right fit and style. She ended up buying two pairs, and we arranged to have them shipped back home to The Woodlands, TX. The store itself was spotless, very well organized, and had a clear focus on customer service. We left completely satisfied and appreciative of the whole experience!

Online purchase: Absolutely the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. I made a purchase and the size was off. I wanted to make an exchange which they even promote to be valid for 30 days but they denied my request. Clearly they do not care about their customers. It is extremely false and misleading to package products indicating you have a 30 day exchange when it’s not valid in every case.

Couldn't leave the store without grabbing more than what we came in for. Love that you can throw these shoes in the washer. No more overpaying for leather that doesn't last. The zipper tote is beautiful.
