We had a short stay at the hotel. Our reservation asked for a hypoallergenic room but when we arrived the room of our choice was not available. We settled for a regular 1 King bedroom. Front desk was friendly and courteous. Parking was in the garage across the hotel. A bit of a walk if you have luggage but manageable. The hotel lobby and elevators are nicely done. The elevator faces the inner courtyard and one gets a nice view of the hotel interiors. Room was very clean, spacious and comfortable. Internet was fast and easy to access. Bathrooms were well appointed. We would have preferred a room without carpets but those are hard to come by. One thing to nit pick, Hilton generally offers complimentary water bottles in the guest room for Honors members. Marriott Bonvoy membership does not seem to command the same privilege.

I called the front desk before arriving and asked if an early check in was possible and the person helping me at the hotel let us know that was fine and that our room will be waiting for us. What an inviting way to start out stay! I parked in the self-parking garage and easily walked to the front of the hotel. Check in was great and the same person helped us get the most quiet room on a top floor which was wonderful. Our room was nice and clean and the beds were perfectly made and comfortable. We slipped into our swimsuits and headed to the indoor pool which is HUGE! The hot tub/spa was amazing after a long weekend, too. After swim time, we all took showers which has amazing water pressure and volume. Such a nice way to clean up! We walked our dog down and headed to dinner at Porta Di Roma and enjoyed a wonderful dinner on the patio. We stuck our leftovers in the hotel room fridge and dozed off quietly for the night. Morning was relaxing and we were off with little delay at check out. We will absolutely stay here again!

달라스 출장을 갈 때마다 묵는 호텔이다. 발렛파킹이나 셀프 파킹이 가능하다. 셀프 파킹은 주차장 건물에 하루에 15불로 이용가능하다.
주변에서는 제일 시설이 좋은 럭셔리 호텔임.
방은 넓고 좋으나 화장실 팬이 흡입력이 약한 방들이 많다. 고층방들은 거의 약한 편인 듯.

라운지를 이용가능 하다. 조식과 저녁 간단한 오브제를 제공한다. 저녁에는 날마다 디저트도 제공한다. 다만 주류 옵션은 없는 듯 하다.
일층에 아침 부페를 자주 이용했다. 갈 때마다 항상 밝은 웃는 얼굴로 맞아주는 Jairo 덕분에 하루를 기분 좋게 시작했다. 첫번 방문때 커피를 To-go cup에 부탁했었는데 다음부턴 기억하고 알아서 먼저 물어봐 주었다. 부페 옵션도 좋았음.

This hotel has always offered me a good new surprise in addition to their standard awesomeness.

The staff treats you like their personal guest and always has a smile on their face.

Somehow they accommodate me in the same room all the times.

Surprise this time was that I met with a celebrity during this time. (Talks about the quality at this hotel)

Only sore is the parking charges, hope they keep it only for events not for the guests.

I have over 1,300 nights in a Marriott property. This review is only about the gentleman who takes care of the concierge lounge in the evening. His name is Lawrence and he is the kindest man of ANY Marriott property I have stayed.
I want to make sure that the owners know how important these people are to the success of the hotel. A+++

I would also like to give Mary at the front desk some recognition. She called me by name on the second and third day when I returned to the hotel. Absolutely first class. Thank you so much for making me feel at home.

This hotel is perfectly placed and has plenty of food and activities within a couple of miles. Staff very courteous and welcoming. If you are ever here whether for a stay or just a meal at the restaurant, don’t forget to look up Jairo. He is on the service staff - friendly, accommodating for special requests and remembers your likes and dislikes. Thank you for a great stay and service!

I thought I was going to come in here and share something new and unexpected, but after reading the other reviews I'm really just piling on. (Sierra beat me to it.)

I arrived 9 hours before check in fully expecting to sit in the lobby (which turns out to be pretty nice) and get through some work after a 5am flight. Turns out, I probably looked pretty ragged as I approached the desk and without missing a beat they offered to get me in a room ASAP. It was such a gift because I definitely needed the sleep.

Overall, beginning to end, great staff and a clean, quality hotel. Highly recommend.
