Despite the hotel's location, my experience was exceptional. Initially, I had low expectations, but the young woman at the front desk, who appeared to be around 19, provided exemplary customer service. She made my family and me feel as though we were checking into a five-star establishment. Her attentiveness and assistance with housekeeping were amazing; she fulfilled all our requests and consistently inquired if we needed further help. Her kindness and understanding significantly enhanced our stay. Quality Inn boasts outstanding front desk staff, and I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel for its superior service.

I just want to say I’m not the type to complain but this was BAD. Don’t believe me? There’s photos of everything. Firstly, the handle to the door of our room when we first arrived quite literally broke off. We notified the front desk and she just apologized for the inconvenience. We didn’t care too much about it but as we looked around, it got worse. The room was not cleaned properly, like at all. I looked into the drawers and there was literally a cockroach half alive so we called the front office to bring it to their attention. She did not offer a new room, instead to come and take the cockroach out. The counters were not wiped down as they had dust, like cmon that did NOT happen overnight if rooms are cleaned daily. When I decided to check the sheets, there were stains. When I decided to pull the cover from the bed, there was hair, and it was not ours as we had JUST got there. The batteries on the remote even died two seconds after using it. Just inconvenience after inconvenience. After telling the front desk after all this, she said she would write notes on this and she didn’t. The manager two days later didn’t even know this when we were checking out. I am a germaphobe so I am always skeptical when it comes to hotel rooms as I have stayed at over 20 hotels across the country and this one was by far the worst. We didn’t even want to try to eat the breakfast. Also, there was whatever this is, (photo) so in conclusion this hotel needs better employees. The only person that genuinely heard us out was the manager so one star for that and the location is alright. Also the elevator wasn’t working which would normally be fine, but it was kind of inconvenient that we came from universal after 12 hours and had to walk up three floors but do they offer a refund so just know that! Also across the street, we got offered weed by some random while we were getting snacks from the gas station so that tells you the crowd around the hotel.

Stayed here in July for 3 days. Before booking I read the reviews and saw several complaints regarding noise and room cleanliness. I personally had no problems except that the window curtain had a slight smell of cigarette smoke, but for me it wasn't a big deal especially for the price I paid. The reception and housekeeping staff were friendly and the check-in and check-out process was quick.

Excellent value! For the class of hotel/motel this is, everything was great. Super friendly and knowledgeable front staff, Angie, Maya, Kriti. Rooms were super clean and recently updated. Regular road noise. They have amenities expected from a much more costly hotel: free shuttle, breakfast, stored our luggage after checkout.

The location is not the nicest area and the place shares a parking lot with Jack n' the box. The room doors are not set right and almost all of them I looked at have huge cracks between the door and the door frame. Bugs definitely can get inside, not to mention inefficient climatization. Our shower had a small amount of black mold in it and the room had a trace of a musty smell to it. On a positive note, the customer service we had from the front desk was top notch. Very nice front desk and informative as well. The free breakfast had some good options for its guests and finding anything free is getting harder and harder now days.

Exceptional value, especially for its location, near to the airport, and other attractions. The breakfast was decent. Coffee was one of the best I've tasted in a budget hotel. I highly recommend it for a price conscience traveler who wants a great basic accommodation.

Positive: Nothing Negative: The elevator was out of service for the whole stay (room on 3rd fl). The Room quality was bad. They changed room 3 times. 1st room door handle was broken. 2nd room full of smoking smell. 3rd room the door was not closing fully. Cold air entering the room.

The “Low” Quality Inn. The area doesn’t feel the greatest, but a few things stand out. The door to the stairs doesn’t work on the farthest stairwell heading up. The entrance to another stairwell is on the outside of the building towards the street. The elevator felt like it was about to break every time we stepped in.
The room itself was okay. The bed felt lumpy and the couch was a pull out bed, but we didn’t need it. It wasn’t anything nicer than a regular room. Very minimal. At least it had a microwave though, but we didn’t have any breakfast to microwave.
The breakfast is the real reason I wanted to share this. There wasn’t any. I feel like the pictures are intentionally misleading. There was a bowl of bananas that where the tops were ripped off, two types of cereal with no milk alternatives, some really cheap pastries, and what small wrapped sandwiches there were left.

It feels like the bare minimum is barely being met to market themselves as the “Quality Inn.” I would not recommend staying here.
