I don’t have the vocabulary to describe how much I appreciate Allison and Allyn. I was recommended Pets Domain by a friend after speaking about our dog's mutual anxieties and how difficult it is to work around those behavioral issues. She had wonderful things to say and I was excited to give them a try. The professionalism and care Pets Domain puts into your pet's care is unmatched. An extremely thorough questionnaire is required prior to signing up to get information as trivial as “where is the leash kept” to things as specific and thoughtful as “what is the house plant watering schedule”. Imagine that! Not only do they care for your pets but they will go out of their way to make your life easier while you’re away.

My dog is extremely wary of strangers, children, men, other dogs, etc. I thought I would always have to be chained to my apartment in letting him out and being with him. Never being able to go on a day trip, sleep over a friends place, and so on. Pets Domain has totally changed that for me! They are so patient with my little anxious boy sometimes spending upwards of 15 minutes in my apartment just trying to get him to let them put a leash on. That’s not all, they ease my anxiety as well by sending me constant updates and photos. The BEST photos I have of my dog have been taken by Allison and Allyn. They should take up pet photography as one of their services haha.

This was my first experience with Pets Domain and it most definitely won’t be my last. My fiancé and I were heading out of town for about 6 days and needed in home pet sitting for our two cats. They were so sweet in the initial meet and greet, and assured us that our cats were in good hands. I was worried leaving our cats in the hands of a new service but the team made me feel so comfortable! They gave us detailed reports of every visit and went above and beyond with the tasks they did for the cats and around the house! They even sent pictures of them every visit! The client portal is so convenient and easy to use, and the booking system is amazing. Very affordable and I will be telling everyone I know about them!

Allison and her team at Pets Domain are absolutely amazing! My dog suffers separation anxiety and having to travel anywhere without her has always been very difficult. I usually even have issues with my dog eating her meals when we are away because her anxiety gets the best of her. While I was away, Allison and her team did an amazing job connecting with Bella and making her feel safe and comfortable. She went on her daily walks, ate all of her food and even played at the dog park.
I was so incredibly happy to see that Bella had connected with Allison and all of my concerns about having to leave Bella in the future for a work trip or vacation are now gone! I initially made a call to Pets Domain a few weeks prior to the trip I had planned and Allison was very responsive. She came by the apartment to meet Bella and we discussed in great detail all of Bella's needs, food schedule, personality, etc. Scheduling the appointment dates and time was super simple as everything is online and Allison and her team are super responsive! While I was away, I received picture updates of Bella on her walk, eating and having fun! I came home to a very happy and well rested pup! Allison even left an adorable card and a very cute picture of Bella in a magnet on our fridge. Such amazing service-I would highly, highly recommend Pets Domain to anyone who wants to make sure their fur baby is very well cared for while away on a trip/at work, etc.

Amazing team of pet sitters! We got photos and updates of our cats with every visit, and never had issues with finding availability when we needed them. They are very responsive and often went above and beyond (such as restocking our cat litter when we realized we forgot to and dripping our faucets during a freeze). We are grateful to have found a team we could trust to take such great care for our cats during our trips.

Amazing service! I loved the text updates (the care notes are so cute) and pictures I was sent after each visit. It's so easy to book, and no hassle to add visits when my trip was extended. They were also amazing at keeping me up to date on walks that needed to be cancelled due to bad thunderstorms, and were proactive at rescheduling so my pup could still get her exercise.

I definitely know who I'm going back to the next time I'm out of town! Thank you, Pets Domain, and all of your amazing dog walkers!!

Pets Domain ATX takes such good care of our cats and dogs. Our cats greet them and our dogs are always excited to see them. They keep us updated with pictures and notes—even sharing when our cats take down a plant or knock things off the counter (you know, typical cat behavior). When my cat threw his automatic feeder off the counter and almost broke it, they looked up instructions to get it working again. That seems like such a minute detail, but it just goes to show how much they take care when you're away.

We are so thankful for the Pets Domain ATX team! They have worked us in even with short notice when something has come up and we've had to go out of town unexpectedly. Our fur baby has some medical issues and the team takes excellent care of her--we are never worried when she is in their care!
