This company is great as long as you don't need anything outside of their normal canned responses from a support case. Their customer service seems incapable of actually reading what anyone puts in a ticket as you will only ever receive a "canned response" from them regardless of what you write. I have requested that my account be closed on 5 different occasions now only to have them ignore what I have written and auto renew my account. Absolutely horrible customer service and there is no way to contact them by phone....

DO NOT USE. Their customer service is an email ticketing system that takes over a week to respond. I’ve simply been trying to talk to someone, ANYONE, but have had no success. We are trying to change the email address on our account since the old one has been deactivated, and over two months later, still haven’t been able to do it. Stay away. I don’t even want to give them one star…

One of the best internet businesses I've ever had the honor of dealing with!! They are very sensitive to the needs of their customers and they are always there for support!! I needed to ask a couple of questions as I'm new to website building. Each of the customer support people took the time to make sure I understood everything very clearly. This attention to detail as well as probably the best prices out there make this one of the best companies ever!!

Bought a domain from them last week and gave them my phone number when prompted. Suddenly I went from getting one spam call every couple of weeks to nine calls this morning alone. No other business was given the number in the meantime, so the timing is either an enormous coincidence or they must be selling user information to every spammer under the sun.

Horrible design tools and even worse customer service. I have been with them for three years and have never talked to an actual person. I should have changed providers a while ago but it's like changing banks - a real pain. Ultimately they deleted my website because my cc expired. However, there was no notification that there was a billing problem. Now - I will have to build it all over again - with a different company of course.

I am pleased with the service, and at how much more convenient it is now that my emails run through Google, but it was a little tricky getting it set up. The process seemed simple enough, but I kept running into problems. Luckily, my website designer helped me finish. Overall, it is worth it, but be prepared in case there are glitches during the transfer.

I had a domain expire out of no where associated directly to my work email of my business. I had no idea it had expired and 24 hours later, I started to get flooded with screen shots of errors if failed delivery if emails and I started to full on panic. After going down several rabbit holes, I sent a damsel in distress inquiry to name begging them to call me and I’ll be darned if my phone didn’t ring within the hour! This guy named Ted worked fiercely on first of all things identifying my ownership to this account but never making me feel awful. He was so helpful and comforting it truly didn’t matter that we spent 2 hours on and off discussing how to fix this. I can’t thank you enough as a business owner who’s used domain for 3 years, I had no idea how crippling it can be so freaking fast if you don’t want those renewals. It was being sent to an old email I didn’t use anymore so I just had no idea. Anywho, the responsiveness and the mindset of being willing to help was beyond wonderful. Thanks again Ted!

Make dam sure to read the refund policy. I accidentally mispelled a domain name and they couldnt do anything about it even tho the correct one was available. Customer support rep "Jenn" was very short and rude, obviosly made zero attempts to pretend to care. Thankfully i hadn't purchased the other names i was after and promptly took my business to their competitors. Even tho this is my fault, i wont work with business whos customer support is NaN.
