I shopped at Lush in The Domain (Austin) on Wednesday. I was greeted by Teyara who was so kind, polite, patient, and provided just enough information and details about the products, including new products. I purchased the Snow Fairy, Penguin and Ghostie bath bombs (super cute and smells great). I am a regular LUSH customer and I've been to almost every LUSH around the world and by far this location is my favorite as I had a great experience shopping due to the service and product knowledge in stores and online. Teyara went above and beyond to provide me with a some samples of the Snow Fairy (body scrub), Super Milky (hair conditioner) and Valkyrie (hair conditioner) that I am interested in and I will definitely pick these up when I am back home from traveling. Oh, the store looked organized, clean and smells amazing. I highly recommend this location.

I walked into Lush knowing I wanted to try out the new limited edition fragrances and wound up having such a fun experience. A huge shout out to Zane who helped me play around with fragrance combos and was just so kind and knowledgeable. Also I’m already obsessed with “New Romantics”?

Went into Lush the other day in an attempt to escape the afternoon heat. Had no intention of buying anything; however Jason greeted us when we walked in and was so friendly and knowledgeable that my girls and I couldn’t resist buying a bubble bar. Lush has a great staff and a great product.
