Pretty amazing theater. Very private seats that recline with a foot rest. Full service with a waiter that comes to your chair. Only con is seating large parties. People are divided into 2s, but it might have just been the theater room we were in. The menu is online. Enjoyed the Americano. There’s a bar with a bartender & a nice assortment of labels. It looks like people can hang out and play pool in the really large lobby. Love this place for some privacy and coziness. The blanket for each person on their chair is an amazing touch.

We’ve been to this movie theater more often but yesterday was my only day being upset with one of their workers there. He made me feel uncomfortable by being too suspicious. There are a lot of professional ways to approach even if the person there is not going to watch or use this place. We’re there to watch Wolverine & Deadpool so we have tickets but we’re early, so I tried to go to the front desk to borrow the pool (billiards). Then this guy (bald guy) looks at me like I was only there to “borrow” the pool and not really there for other purposes. That’s why I told him, if he wants to see our tickets. But he replied that, he will “caught” me if I’m lying and I just gave him a fake smile. But deep inside I’m thinking of what he’s saying. So I’m kinda disappointed now, that we celebrated our daughter’s birthday there. Management should check the behaviors and how their people work there. Very unprofessional to say such a thing.

Man this place has gone down hill.

CONS:

1. It is FREEZING in here. Coldest ive ever been in a movie theater. My wife was shaking. Every person that walked out of the theater said how cold it was. What's the reasoning to keep it so cold especially during the Winter time?

2. The theaters smells like mildew.
3. The seats are really old and ripped. Not sure why they can't buy new chair covers?

Pros:

1. Food is pricey but it is decent.
2. I love the privacy of having your own seat in a bubble essentially.

Nice location in The Domain area. It is really nice how they provide you with blanket in the movies on the lounge chairs. I also like how they have a table in the middle between a pair of seats. It is a nice size table. This makes it easier when you order your food from your movie seat.

Thomas made our first time experience pleasant. I was waiting for my son to finish up in the restroom and Thomas showed me how to get to the theater and even our seats. He was explaining it to us when we paid so since we told him it was our first time he made it a point to go further and direct me there. It was so nice and appreciated!!! He was very professional. When we were leaving he was walking around straighten up. He was also friendly in conversation and answering our questions. Thank you for wonderful service. Very beautiful theater the pizza was good. Love the blanket and comfortable seats. Pool was fun as well. The waitress was great. Our first experience was perfect. Also nice and clean bathrooms.

The feedback option on the email sent by IPIC didn’t offer the option to discuss what I didn’t like or felt could use improvement, so I’ll do it here:

I love the comfort of the seats and the pod-like setting and the service was magnificent yesterday, from the ticket counter to the servers. Impeccable.

My ONE complaint though: you all should really offer at least one free refill of coffee. I found that a bit disappointing given that other theatre experiences akin to yours does offer this option. Also, turn the volume up a bit more on WICKED! Lol

The theater is beautiful snd clean. The staff are wonderful! My only feedback is for the chicken wings. We ordered Lemon Pepper. They were extremely salty and we coulda’t eat more than a bite. Please ease WAY off on the salt. Thank you so much.

Fun times at this wonderful bar service by hit people lots of diversity here from ethnicity to age to single people on dates and families with kids playing pool and ping-pong good music playing lots of bathrooms, ramps for accessibility chairs and tables everywhere wonderful booths for large parties high top tables and low top tables full menu bar great kitchen. Wonderful bar showing sports, food network and my favorite movie; Joker.
