We had a fantastic stay at the Holiday Inn in Waxahachie, Texas! The location was perfect—just a short walk to Starbucks, which was a great convenience. The customer service was truly amazing; the staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. Breakfast was delicious and offered a variety of options. Our room was so comfortable and spotlessly clean, making it easy to relax and enjoy our time there. We loved every part of our stay and highly recommend this hotel!

We were pleasantly surprised. Take note Hilton because this was a well-managed motel and it was clean and it was much better than the recent stays I've had at hilton. It is a classy, clean well run holiday express. I cannot speak to the area because we just came and spent the night.

Great location as it is not too far from a main highway to get anywhere. The service is stupendous and the staff is always so warm and friendly. Helps to make it a bit better from being away from home so often. Rooms are clean and fully set up to make your stay easy and relaxing. Definitely coming back ?

Family of 3 had a great stay here and expect to be back soon. Yummy bfast, lobby decor for holiday was fabulous and welcoming. Didn't hear a peep from the other residents even tho we were very close to elevator. We'll see you.again soon. Frankly surprised at the other sour reviews here, the staff and location here are tops!!!

Convenient location, but biased staff. I listened to front desk staff Maya give a late checkout to a guest on the morning before checkout. However, I asked on the afternoon before checkout and I was told that it is based upon availability. As a platinum elite, I would have expected her to look at reservations at that time and let me know since it was the afternoon before. Ultimately, I did get the late checkout and I do understand that it is upon availability, but that should be the response to everyone. I also requested a room on the ground floor away from the elevator and got one on the second floor right across from the elevator which turned out to be very noisy.

We arrived and were given the keys to a room that was already occupied. Apologies were given and we were then given keys to a room that was so damp that everything in there felt wet (bedding, floors, towels, etc.). After a while, even the clothes we brought were damp. I asked for fresh bedding before I went to bed and it took two trips to get everything. In the morning we requested a third room. They had just cleaned it, and it felt fine but by the time we returned, the room again was damp. It was a nightmare. My daughter realized she'd left her shirt from the moving rooms and it somehow disappeared. They cannot locate it. I have always stayed at Holiday Inns and this particular one on multiple occasions. However, after this ordeal for just a two night stay, I am VERY skeptical on trusting them again. Now I will give credit to the staff on getting us that third room, but it didn't solve the problem. In leaving I suggested they do some investigation so this doesn't happen to others, but I think that fell on deaf ears. According to them, I am the only one that was having issues (I see some others experiencing the same thing in some of the reviews).

Enjoyed our stay, staff was very friendly and helpful, taking great care to ensure a pleasant stay for us. The rooms were comfortable and clean, the property well maintained and quiet. (my only complaint was the room could feel a bit humid if not cool enough)
