Positive: Location and the size of the hotel. It doesn?t feel like you have to walk 100 miles to get to your room etc. breakfast was great Negative: Breakfast was busy. They kept the food stocked. They needed another attendant just to keep the tables clean.

We had a king suite room. The room itself was not bad. The bed was comfortable. Shower was clean. When we went to lay down at night though, we noticed a big cobweb up on the blinds. It didn’t look like anyone had cleaned them in a long time.

We only slept here one night but were so excited about the pool. Wow was it busy though. It's summer and the place is filled with families. There was hardly room to swim however we had one strange 20 chunk of time where we had it to ourselves (when I took a million photos)!

The breakfast here was fantastic. Warm with several options. We've had a 4 week-vacation and stayed in 7 hotels throughout the USA from Texas to Minnesota, all with pools and breakfast, and this was perhaps the best breakfast we had.

The room was clean, comfortable for 6, and nice though we were hardly there long enough to enjoy it! But I would stay here again. Great location and near Mall of America.

Convenient location, clean and rooms are fine - nothing special, just basic. The cleaning staff was amazing & the supportive staff friendly & helpful. I had a broken hair dryer, so I called the front desk to request a working one. Michael said he would send one up but "I would have to wait" & abruptly hung up. So glad I didn't have another request or question - not to mention he was rude. After a while & no hair dryer, I go downstairs to grab a coffee, extend my stay & request a hairdryer from the front desk. A short while later a gentleman came up to replace the hairdryer. He had to grab a drill & replace the whole unit. I would stay there again if there weren't any other rooms available elsewhere.

A nice hotel, room was very clean and quiet.||Staff were very friendly, the complimentary breakfast and airport shuttle service were excellent. ||Special shout out to the front desk agent Greg went above and beyond helping me to get my problem solved who was also very professional and friendly, making me feel so welcome. ||Highly recommend anyone planning a stay in Minneapolis for business or pleasure, because I know I will again.

The location was very central and right off the freeway. Perkins is a diner that is open 24 hours which is only a five minute walk. Trader Joe’s is right around the corner as well. Everything is there in a short distant. The morning breakfast was very good, above average compared to other hotels. My beds were comfortable. The only thing that I did not like is the carpet in the room it is very dirty and sticky. I wore my white socks and they had turned brown by the end of my stay. If you stand back, you could see a brown walking path going from the door to the center of the room. I find this disgusting and uncomfortable.

Positive: "" Negative: We had our sign on our door do not disturb. At 5:30am in the morning, hotel staff used their key card, opening our door, waking both my children and startling us. UNACCEPTABLE. Also, in the morning our key cards stopped working at 8:30am. Such a pain.
