We contracted this company to create our website, but our experience has been highly frustrating. For months, we have been trying to obtain the login credentials to manage our website, with no success. Despite calling multiple times and leaving voicemails, we rarely receive a response. On the rare occasion they text back, communication stops abruptly when we explain the purpose of our call.

It appears that if you choose not to have them maintain your website, they refuse to grant you access to the site you paid for. Based on our experience, I cannot recommend this company. Transparency and customer service are severely lacking.”

After submitting a review the company is made up that I now owe them almost $400 and want to take down my website smh I honestly don’t recommend. Group of dishonest persons
