This was my first time coming here and My nails came out so good!! They took me as a walk in and I was able to get a full set of nails and pedicure done at the same time. Tammy and Gigi took care of me and my nails came out beautifully. I was in and out before you know it and the customer service was great!! The girl at the front was super nice and offered me water. The prices are super great and affordable which was the cherry on top for me!! Definitely will be returning

Great service! I moved to the U.S three years ago and I honestly have never gotten this level of service before at any salon. I always have to settle with my nails and here I get perfection…. The nail artist was Very detailed, my nails turned out beautiful. The environment is nice, clean and spacious. Very friendly staff as well. I 1000% recommend.

Love this salon! Not only are they always able to pull of any design I ask for, but they ALWAYS and I do mean always, get the shape exactly right! I haven’t found my one person at this salon yet, but it is genuinely because they are all excellent every time. The prices are in the higher end, but I know that what I’m getting is worth the cost.

I also want to speak to the overall experience. I’ve had nothing but great service at this salon. The owner herself has come over to do my sister in laws nails during a rush. I won’t say everyone, but most of the technicians are constantly checking in throughout the process to be sure I’m satisfied with the shape, color, or design. When I want my nails done right, I come here. Staff has always treated me and my friends/family kindly. I’ve come here on and off for 2 years and I’ve finally decided this is my main salon.

While visiting Austin, I needed to get my nails done. After searching many reviews, I found that Kim at Domain Nails & Spa had the best reviews. The spa didn’t have my typical color (Ferrari Red), but Kim did the absolute most to ensure a perfect match. I’m so incredibly happy with the results! Thank you, Kim!!

Update since I can't respond directly to owner below:
I went in so that they could see for themselves how badly my nails looked but did start the conversation with the fact that I could not stay since I had to travel. I personally don't feel any part of the conversation was inappropriate. Being assertive and transparent about my experience (which is a valid response to the situation) is very different than having an attitude. Respectfully, I don't feel like the manger I spoke with was being very kind.

Review:
I remembered this place driving in from Dallas (where I now live) and since I was having dinner at The Domain with family felt like it would be a nice and convenient place to stop. BIG MISTAKE.
One of my nails chipped literally HOURS after I left. They look so bubbly and foggy. She didn’t even touch my cuticles. The photos and video don’t even do it justice with how bad they look. My 13 year old niece even pointed how awful they were at dinner.

I went back and the manager tried to blame me for choosing to get French after having a single color. First, I’ve switched to French from single color many times and have never run into this issue. Secondly, if your techs don’t feel like they can manage doing a quality job, why not redirect me? Seems like they don’t care about the quality of their work but rather how many people they can get in and overcharge for a rushed poor quality result. Lastly, how about some accountability?!?!

Anyway, they offered to fix the broken nail and she said verbatim “the nails don’t even look that bad. That’s just what happens”. I requested a refund as I needed to head home 4 hours away and didn’t have time to stay and they refused.

My total for a pedi and dip on my natural nails was $144.

This place is a joke.

I’ve been here twice and it is a really nice and clean nail salon. However, I’ve rated it lower because I haven’t been fully satisfied with my nails each time I’ve left. The first time I got a dip manicure the nail tech did not listen to what I was saying or asking for. His work was good, but he gave me a color completely different than what I asked for and would not listen to my request. The second time I went there the color turned out like I was wanting, but the top coat is not smooth and is bumpy. Also, the second time I went I brought a friend and her nail tech was kind of rude about her having short nails and not wanting tips put on.

This was my very first time going to this Salon and getting my nails done is still a new thing to me. My pedicure was a soothing experience and when I expressed I wished to get a design I was attended to by Kelly. She ran with the design Inspo and made it her own. She answered any questions I had in a friendly way. I can’t wait to make an appointment with Kelly! I definitely can’t wait! Please go see her!

I am on vacation and wanted a mani and pedi to start it off right. My daughter and I had the best experience. Everyone was friendly and helpful. The art work I had done with the manicure was absolutely beautiful. I highly recommend Domain to anyone wanting excellent work and service.
