If you’re over thinking about hiring DK small business solutions to design your website, I’m telling you now save yourself some time go ahead and invest in your business, your time, and your sleep. DK really took the hard work outta my hand. I know YouTube can help us make our own page but DK knows all the tips and tricks to getting your page screen by google. Don’t be like me. I went the cheap way the 1st time around trying to save money. Well it costed me more in the end because it wasn’t done the right way. DK did all the work while I was at work, spending time with my kids and sleeping. She allow me to do the things I needed to do, it’s like killing two stones at one time. Running a business and working full time is hard so why not hire someone like DK who can literally give you your time back.

I love how she communicates through e-mail where everything can be saved to its own file. Her response time is prompt and if I forget to add a name or price to an item she didn’t mind catching my errors a time or two. She never made me feel like I was asking for too much. I’m excited about my future for my business and I’m excited to have DK in my corner as my business grows to be a multi million dollar company. My work schedule varies greatly and she worked around my schedule allowing me to postpone the start date due to issues at work and to send her information when it was convenient for me. She was always on top of things and helped me make decisions to create a useable, friendly website.

If I could give them a one star, I will first of our very manipulative and very unclear on what you will be receiving for the amount of money that you’re paying. I had a website design for my business and I even went with this company to do the website hosting. I did let them know that I would be wanting to change hosting services later due to me finding better deals for other website, hosting services and more affordable options being out there. I was set up for auto pay for my website hosting, and when it was time for me to find a new website hosting provider, I They were wanting to charge me $1000 to migrate my website. I confronted the owner of this company Idk and let her know that I was unaware that that would be such a extensive charge in order for me Hosting and when our first initial conversation happened, that was not stated when I asked a question that I asked about changing website hosting. I paid $1300 from my website and was threatened to have all my files deleted within 72 hours. I did fall behind on my website payments for two months but then I caught it up the very next day that was the last day for me to pay for my hosting, and still decided to delete my website and return my payment and threaten to delete my website that I have already paid for the design part if I have not downloaded it in 72 hours. This is horrible customer service.
