Schönes Hotel. Die Klimaanlage auf dem Dach stört etwas, aber im 8 Stock war das ok... Besser wäre vermutlich ein Zimmer zur anderen Seite.

The lobby was beautifully decorated with added holiday themed touches of decor; however, you can smell the gas from the fireplace upon entering through the main doors. The elevator was dark and the buttons malfunctioned frequently throughout our 3 day stay. There is a stench at the end of the hall on the sixth floor. Our room, a 2 Queen standard, was clean-ish upon first glance, but lacked deep cleaning with air conditioning unit being dusty and the corners of the bathroom floor requiring a good deep scrub.

The water required a running start to get hot.

The plugs in the nightstand don't hold plugs, so charging was relegated to the small desk area. The closet was tiny and only suitable for the clothing/coats of 1 guest. The towel situation is an abomination. The maids clean the rooms, but are not required to set fully reset the towels. There was a day we only had large towels and floor mats. We had to constantly ask for more of the roughest, thread bare towels.

We lucked up and found 3 breakfast vouchers in the hallway and enjoyed the breakfast spread in the Bistro. It should have been included.

We were charged $25 for early check-in even though the app said the room was ready. That was refunded after sitting on the bill for 3 days; however, we were charged for 3 days of parking that we had to call and dispute.

In summary, I suppose the stay was perfunctory as it kept us out of the rain.

We were very pleased with our stay at the Courtyard. Our rooms were clean and in excellent condition, the entire property looked fantastic. When we had an issue with the air conditioning in one of our rooms your engineering team member responded promptly and remedied the issue quickly in a professional and courteous manner.

Breakfast was decent and the service was great. Jonathan was polite and professional at check-in and checkout. We were very pleased with easy access to shopping and restaurant options.

Great hotel, they checked up on rooms, replaced towels etc., regularly and kindly. The staff was really nice, always smiling, and very helpful. They made the 5-day stay very enjoyable. They also have a gym!

Upon checking it was wonderful experience. Both Joey and Jonathan greeted me and were knowledgeable of the area and so exceptionally nice and helpful throughout my stay. Nice location, very nice rooms and incredible service from start to finish. Left something by accident in the room, went by the hotel and Joey was amazing in getting the item back to me. It was in a package labeled with my name and room number. Highly recommend staying there.

The front desk associate was very welcoming. The continental breakfast was very fresh and delicious. The room was very spacious, the bed is extremely comfortable. There is an extremely pleasant aroma upon entering your room that enhances your stay. Located in a 0 crime area with top notch shopping minutes away.

I stayed at this hotel for few nights, and I must say, I was extremely disappointed with several aspects of my stay. Considering that this is a Marriott hotel, my expectations were much higher.

Firstly, as soon as I entered the hotelroom, I noticed that the entrance door carpet was completely ripped into shreds. This gave a very poor first impression. Additionally, the cleanliness of the hotel was just okay. On the first night, I found a spider on my pillow, which was quite unsettling. As I continued my search, I discovered milky stains between the headboard and the mattress, which was absolutely disgusting.

To make matters worse, the hotel did not provide any turn-down service or any other type of service in my room throughout my stay. Despite calling for housekeeping numerous times and even leaving a message, I never received a response or any assistance. On my final night, I had to personally go to the concierge to request towels and sheets. To my surprise, I was informed that the hotel did not have any housekeeping available. This is certainly not what I expected from a Marriott hotel. It felt more like a motel ZERO.

On a positive note, the air conditioning in the room was decent, and the TV selection was good. However, considering the overall experience, I would not choose to stay at this location again. I strongly believe that Marriott needs to send a corporate quality manager to this particular hotel to address the numerous issues and improve the overall quality of stay.

In terms of the food, the breakfast was okay and reasonably priced. However, when I wanted to use the pool, I was disappointed to find out that there were no robes available. This further added to my disappointment.

Overall, my experience at this Marriott hotel was far from satisfactory, and I would not recommend staying at this location. The lack of cleanliness, poor service, and overall maintenance issues need to be addressed in order to meet the standards expected from a Marriott establishment.
