Das Hotel hat meine Erwartung bzgl. Ausstattung und dem Service übertroffen. Auch wenn die Gegend nicht die Beste von Dallas war.

Ich war 2 Monate vor Ort und habe mich dort sehr sicher und wohl gefühlt, da mein Arbeitsort 0,8 Meilen entfernt war.

Mein besonderen Dank gilt dem Personal des Hotels und den Shuttle-Fahrern, die mich täglich zur Arbeit gefahren haben.

Ich komme gerne wieder!

I would not recommend staying here. We stayed in October 2024. We were told that they have security cameras in the parking lot and security at the hotel. While we were sleeping, someone stole our catalytic converter off our car. We went to the front desk the next morning and asked if it was seen on the cameras. We were told that nothing was seen and there is nothing the hotel can do. Apparently this is a bad location and security cameras and guards do not help staying here. I would choose another hotel.

Shuttle experience beware!!!!

When staying here experienced good service at checkin but i booked a shuttle at check in they ensured I would be able to get shuttle service.

When I came down to catch the shuttle it was full. I asked the front desk to credit my account for the inconvenience and she said she couldn’t and to reach out to a general manger for $13.00.

If your planning on catching a shuttle make sure they don’t over book or ensure you ask how many for your time so your able to get on.

They should say first come first serve for the shuttle.

I ended up calling an Uber due to my flight time.

Not hopeful someone will reach out looking at other reviews the generic messages don’t seem to be solution orientated.

I stayed 2 nights there 9/24 & 9/25. 1st night in room 281 was not pleasant:
1. Waking up in the morning with 2 bug bites on my left ankle (Pic1). They were not from mosquitoes as the bites and itchiness stayed till today, means 2 weeks (Pic2). Room service said they checked room and didn't find anything. This is the 1st time I ever had bug bites in a hotel.
2. The haridryer handle was super sticky(Pic3), can't tell if it's from glue or melting plastic, can barely use if not wrapped with a towel.
3. The A/C was too cold. Tried to change tempture or turn it off with the control pannel, it didn't work.
I requested to change a room and they got me to 324. Everything was OK with this room. Their manager did appologize for the bugs and offered 50% discount on my stay but so far I haven't received any credit note to my bill.
Other than that, service was general OK and staff was pretty nice. Location was good to me as a short trip traveller as it's close to Fort Worth airport and my destination.

Positive: Staff is very nice, from the very friendly shuttle driver who had just left the airport when I called for a ride and he turned around, came back and got me - To the front desk staff. I also like that it?s right next-door to a great restaurant, Walters. Negative: The smell in the third floor hallway reminds me of a very very old building.

Would never recommend. We tried to stay here for the first night of our honeymoon trip and right before going to bed we saw a huge
roach on the wall next to the headboard. It ran onto the side table and when we tried to take a picture of it ran under the bed. The room also had a weird smell. We checked out immediately.

The rooms are good. Very clean, but hotel needs updating, all the staff are very helpful. This hotel has alot of people staying here that are receiving medical treatments at the hospital whether it be chemotherapy or transplant recipients. Theres also alot of people here for business. This isn't a good place to stay if your in town to party or have small children running around trying to keep themselves entertained. Also, wifi isn't good. We got wifi up close to the reception area, but towards the back of the hotel we have no service.

DO NOT RECOMMEND! First opened the door to the room and there was an awful stench that hit us. We could not find the source. Then when our son went to the front desk to ask for more sheets for the pullout couch, they told him that there were no more despite the hotel being not full. Then the last straw was the roaches my two oldest daughters found. We promptly packed our bags and checked out even though we were supposed to be there three nights. Leaving me to find another hotel in short notice.
